My question that I posted was, “do we think that that [extended decision-making processes] is because we are trying to sell to the same people whose lives are now different, the way that we always did?  Does this require a change in terms of how we enable our folks or a change in our sales process?  Should we change our go to market plan and strategy?”  For me it’s interesting because this seems like almost a new norm now that we have to address and talk about it.  It is not a “this is kind of crazy are you all seeing this?”  It’s no, “this is a thing, that is happening.”
